Dean’s Property Management Founder Dylan Dean started DPM in May of 2022 to pursue the mission of providing unmatched property management services for the people of Indian River County. As a Vero Beach native, Dylan has nurtured irreplaceable connections and relationships that can make anyone – newcomers, old-timers, seasonal or year-round residents – enjoy the great things that come with property ownership, while avoiding the bad!
